Return Considerations
- We only accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery date.
- Any damaged merchandise must be reported within 7 days of delivery date.
- You have the option of a refund or an exchange (if we have it in stock).
- All merchandise must be in its original, unaltered condition.
- Return postage is non-refundable by National Mill Dog Rescue.
Return Processing Instructions
- Please email [email protected] to notify us of your return.
- Include in the return package your name and order invoice number.
- Ship your return in a safe, secure package, just as you received it from us. Refunds and exchanges will not be issued if an item arrives to us damaged.
- Your package must be mailed back within 7 day of emailing us.
